Pastor Ifeyinwa Angela Mokwenye
Lead PastorPastor Ifeyinwa Angela Mokwenye was born and raised in Lagos State, Nigeria, where she completed her primary, secondary, and university education. She attended Air Force Primary School, Ikeja, and later earned her first degree from Lagos State University (LASU), Ojo. She proceeded to obtain a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Benin.
She is happily married to Pastor Justice Iloba Mokwenye; their marriage was solemnized on October 18, 2003. They are blessed with three wonderful children.
Over the years, Pst. Ify Mokwenye has built a diverse professional career. She has worked with the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC), Standard Alliance Insurance Company, and Consolidated Hallmark Insurance Plc. She also served as Director of V.V. Angelob Services Ltd., a warehousing and distribution company. Her academic and spiritual development includes training at All Nations for Christ Bible Institute International (Warri Campus).
About 18 years ago, she developed a strong desire to establish a crèche, driven by her deep love for children. She finds joy in nurturing, guiding, correcting, and shaping young lives. This passion for mentoring became more evident as she noticed that many who sought her counsel genuinely embraced her guidance and made meaningful changes in their lives. Her commitment to raising godly and responsible young people led her to serve in the teenagers’ church in her former ministry, where she taught the Word of God and helped young people apply biblical principles to contemporary life. She was intentional about instilling values of modesty, respectful speech, and honor for elders. Over time, she witnessed remarkable transformation in many of them.
One particular experience stood out: a young girl in her class who initially struggled with discipline and focus. Through consistent counseling and guidance, the young lady experienced noticeable positive change—both in her conduct and personal presentation. That transformation brought Mrs. Mokwenye great joy and marked the beginning of structured mentorship in schools.
In 2018, she began a fellowship while still serving faithfully in her former ministry. Three years ago, the Lord impressed upon her heart the need to commence Sunday services. What began as obedience to divine instruction has grown into what is now known as Element of Charis Center International—a ministry committed to teaching the Word, mentoring lives, and raising a generation grounded in truth and character.
Pastor Justice Mokwenye
Lead PastorPastor Justice Mokwenye was born on 29 October. He hails from Illah, Oshimili North of Delta State, Nigeria. He had his primary education at Central Primary School, Owerri Akokwa, Akokwa in Imo State, which laid the foundation of his academic journey. From an early age, He was taught the values of discipline, hard work, and integrity, which has guided his life ever since.
He proceeded to Illah Grammar School, where he obtained his Secondary School Certificate. His years in secondary school were formative, as they shaped his character and strengthened his determination to pursue higher education. With a strong desire for academic excellence, he gained admission to the University of Jos, where he earned his Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree. He further advanced his education by obtaining a Master’s degree from the University of Benin.
With over two decades of professional experience in Human Resources Management and Administration, he has built a career defined by dedication, leadership, and service. Throughout his professional journey, He has contributed meaningfully to organizational growth and workforce development. Currently, he works with an oil and gas company in the oil-rich Niger Delta region of Nigeria, where he continues to apply my expertise to promote efficiency, professionalism, and sustainable growth.
He is also a proud member of reputable professional bodies, including the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) (MNIM), the Chartered Institute of Administration (MCIA), a Fellow Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC) and a Certified Management Specialist (London Graduate School). These affiliations have enhanced his professional competence and provided platforms for continuous learning and ethical practice.
Beyond his academic and professional achievements, He is a man who loves God deeply. He has been actively involved in God’s service for over two and half decades, dedicating his time and resources to spiritual growth and community development. His faith remains the cornerstone of his life, guiding his decisions and inspiring his commitment to serving others.
In all, his life’s journey has been one of growth, dedication, and service to his profession, community, and ultimately to God. He remains committed to excellence and to making a positive impact wherever I find himself.
Today He is a Lead Pastor in Element of Charis Center International located in Warri, Delta State ….. a place of Comfort where God is touching, healing and giving lives a quality meaning.
